About: Lincoln County Hospital

was on waddington ward untill today 7.5.2015 drs were fantastic wasnt inpressed with senior staff but can understand shortness of staff is a problem the other regular staff all waydown to cleaners were great and helped make my stay bearerble thank you didnt enjoy nights as staff mainly agency and not much respect for sleepers but thank you all for your help

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback which we have shared with the team on Waddington; I am sorry that your experience was marred by some staff; you are right that we have been using bank and agency staff on a number of our wards as we recruit more nurses but many of them are regulars with us and I am disappointed that their approach was not as we expect - in truth it shouldnt matter whether staff are permanent or temporary your experience should still be a good one! Thank you again.
