What I liked

All the staff,in every department I have used were friendly and polite and kind -except receptionist at A.E..Seemed stressed out and

not sympathetic at all.

What could be improved

I think "communication" between departments as some of my documents were lost and there was also much delaying and wasted waiting hours because the relevant departments were not informed.

Anything else?

I would like to praise the Scanning /Xraying depts. as well the Anti-coaguelent one. Although busy, all staff were very pleasant and kind.

I do hope you are feeling much better after your visit to our Accidents and Emergencies department. Thank you for your kind words about our staff at the hospital, I will certainly make sure they receive your feedback.

It is important that our staff are polite and helpful at all times with patients, as we are aware how anxious a visit to the hospital can be. I am sorry that you encountered a member of staff who you felt was not sympathetic, I will feed this back.
