Attended the walk-in clinic at the Leeds Dental Institute this morning as I urgently needed a wisdom tooth extracted. (It was causing me serious pain). I was the third person to arrive at the clinic so my heart sank when the receptionist said that the surgery could only attend to the first two patients. Luckily, I explained my problem to the receptionist who was more than happy to help and fortunately said that they could squeeze me in for an appointment, although it could take awhile. After the dentist examined my x-ray, I was over the moon when they said they could operate on my wisdom tooth today. The procedure went really well and I didn't feel much pain as they made sure I was nice and numb. All the staff that I encountered were so friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend the Leeds Dental Institute to family/friends. However, expect delays in waiting time as dentists and dental nurses of the future are hard at work. Thanks again so grateful :-)
