(as the patient),

I feel that Aire Court has been breaking Confidentiality and repeating things to someone who has been phoning Aire Court up and been saying that they support me, which that person doesn't support me, I asked the responsible member of staff and they said that they can't help me and that they dont know anything about this.

Aire court is saying one thing to me by letter and when my doctor phones up they are telling her different things.

I hear voices, have depression and learning disability's, I feel like Aire Court is not very understanding and doesn't want to work with people with learning disability's.

Thank you for taking the time to write. I was sorry to read your post and learn that you are dissatisfied. I would like to assure you that we respect confidentiality and that there are strict rules on how we safeguard peoples information. There are severe penalties applied to anyone who does not follow these rules. If you can give me some more information I can speak with the member of staff you refer to and look into this situation.

Staff at Aire Court are happy to work with you to find the best way to support you.
