"The care and service"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to hospital to ward 16 due to gall bladder pain. Not once did I have an issue with any of the staff members, everyone of them had a smile on there faces from the moment they wake you up in the morning till the last minute of there shift at night, the hard work and effort those guys put in is amazing. Not only did they make you feel comfortable but they connected with you in a reasonable working manner. I'm overwhelmed with the support from them all, Sandra, Demi, janey, to Cathy Angela and pearl to name a few even the girls on placement ( 2 Amy's & debbie ) and the cleaner Pauline. You's are a credit to NHS. Thank you all x

Dear Megan F,

I am sorry to hear that you were unwell and required admission to hospital. Thank you for taking the time to feedback on the excellent care and attention you received from all members of the team in Ward 16. I know they will be delighted to receive your feedback, which I will pass on to them.

I do hope that you have made a good recovery,

Best Wishes,

Gillian
