"Thank you for kindness, support and professionalism"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I am writing to express my whole thanks for the kindness, suport and professionalism of Kath. Kath is an acting team leader on the Male PD Chiltern Day Unit at Rampton Hospital.

Kath with the help of her hard-working team, put on an immensley impressive "extra mile going during our recent St Georges Day celebrations. It was a magnificant day and evening, with a lovely fish, chips and mushy pea tea and lovely music.

Kath has supported me through thick and thin times ever since my admission and has shown particular care, skill and personability to me throughout my difficulties. Kath is pro-active and very naturally nurtures my skills set and helps me to improve on my new skills.

Today, Kath has gone even further in her capacity of Team Leader and Nurse. Not only has she facilitated and managed a full day of Chiltern activities, and fresh air and outdoor sports but she has served tea on our wards due to staff shortages and completed the evening medication round and clinical observations.

Kath never fails to support us patients and is easy to communicate to/with. She is a natural listener and both empathetic and sympathetic yet staying within her professional and moral boundaries. If only there were more of this calibre, stamina and enthusiasm thoughout the NHS!

Kath in my opinion, is an invaluable and natural Team Leader/Manager and outstanding nurse. Please ensure that Kath is made aware of my personal whole gratitude and that of my peers. Kindly ensure her Managers are also aware of how highly appreciated she held in our esteem.
