What I liked

fantastic staff at this small unit in Leatherhead - caring professional and great rapport with me making me feel at ease and confident. I was amazed to find this unit which has to have 5 stars!! I can not praise everything about it highly enough!

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing and i can tell you i am the fussiest person on this earth!!!!!!!!!! thank you to all the staff at Leatherhead - I am truly grateful

Anything else?

This unit epitomises how the NHS should be - i would then give up my BUPA!
