"I didn't like anything..i ..."

About: St Helier Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I didn't like anything..i went to A&E and there was no one at night and still i had to wait for 2 and half hours toosee the doctore. The Dr who came to see me was so rude and she was not listening to what i was saying. No respect was shown. She should learn how to talk to people when they are in pain.

Anything else?

This feedback should be given to the Dr who should learn to be nice and not rude to patients.

I am sorry to read about your recent experience in our accident and emergency (A and E) department. However, it is important to note that as well looking after the thousands of patients who bring themselves to the department, the A and E team also look after patients who are brought in by ambulance. These people will not be seen in the waiting room and, because of the nature of their injury or illness, will often require the support of a large number of the doctors and nurses working in the department.

If you would like to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 020 8296 2508 or email pals@esth.nhs.uk with details about yourself, they will then be able to feedback your comments to the staff concerned.
