Communication between Consultant/Doctor and staff

Being shoved out onto a corridor under a bright strip light and left alone with no information about what was going on; The one exception was that I was told that I could not have the pain relief prescribed until I was back in my room....that meant that I was left in a corridor in absolute agony while the beds piled up around me and staff couldn't get through. I was not brought back to my room until I had spent well over an hour in that horrible corridor. Never again.
