the reception staff at the fracture clinic. The lady there was very rude to a number of patients. This was even pointed out by one to her. She seemed like everything anyone did was a hassle and was oblivious to the fact the every appointment was seriously overdue.

Anything else?

Every appointment i have been to at this department overran by at least an hour and a half. They book in several people for one time slot. I had to take a day off work for what should have been a 10 min appointment due to the mis organisation of the department. THe docs themselves were good. When i had to rebook on one occasion as had already waited 2 hours (people booked in after me were being seen though) they receptionst acted like i was being unreasonable. Yes i know they are busy but her attitude stinks.
