"Grateful"

After going through the worst 36 hours of my life, I can thank all of the staff from ward D37 enough. They were understanding, compassionate and patient when my husband and I were asking a million questions. People are so quick to complain about the nhs staff but the staff on this ward especially the Dr who has looked after us during the difficult time. You are all a credit to both Sunderland royal hospital and the nhs. thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts.
