"Excellent service"

My husband and I attended an appointment at QE2 for our first pregnancy scan at the end of April. It was all very new to us. We were seen by a sonographer who instantly put us at ease, they were friendly, polite, informative and very professional. We'd like to thank them for taking time to explain the process and give us quality time, not rushing to get to the next appointment. We were thrilled to be able to see our baby for the first time and the whole process was enhanced by the excellent service we received. Thank you.
