"Waste of postage"

I have now had 2 ultrasound scans at St.Marys treatment centre and both times I received the exactly the same appointment letter twice for each appointment. What a waste of NHS money which if this is done for everybody would really add up!! Sending 2 identical letters really isn't necessary, especially as I also had a text reminder.
