What I liked
The caring attitude of ALL the staff of the Orthopaedic ward - nothing was too much trouble and help was willingly given by everyone.
I can't praise the quality of Nursing highly enough. Thank you to everyone involved with my care.
What could be improved
The excessive paperwork that the Nursing staff are expected to do - they are run ragged at times but still have to fill in endless forms - surely this paperwork could be simplified?
Anything else?
The food is excellent and the choices very good.
Considering how many meals have to be prepared several times a day, I was impressed by the service.
