"Left A&E after waiting too long"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Been a handful of times to the accident and emergency dept at st georges hospital. On one occasion was kept waiting for 5 hours. And then had bloods taken. Student nurse couldn't find a vein so had needle stabs at least 5 times. Waited 3 hours for result outcome. Unfortunately dr was just reading mail and chatting to colleagues then ran off to lunch. What a joke. I took my bag and discharged myself. I found the experience unprofessional and a waste of time.
