"Excellent treatment in the Day Case Ward!"

Just recently I went in to have my varicose veins sorted out using VNUS treatment. From the moment I arrived the nurses were incredibly friendly and informative. Offering me drinks if I wanted it, which helped my nerves. I was apprehensive as having a local anaesthetic. I didn't have long to wait, and the waiting room was very comfortable and quiet. During my procedure it was lovely to be put at ease by the nurses. My consultant explained everything and talked through it so I was aware of everything. Staff had a great sense of humour which helps! And I had to choose some music to have on in the background too! St Michaels Hospital is incredibly good. And I'm recovering really well. Many thanks.
