"93 Year old mother after a fall"

I live 200 miles away and mum was taken to A and E after a fall at home. I was impressed that when I phoned I was able to speak to the nurse and doctor treating mum. They even handed the phone to mum so that she could speak to me. Speaking to mum later she was impressed by the way they had treated an older person with such kindness and dignity. There was no hint that they were going to rush her through without investigating cause and effect. Her treatment and subsequent admission were handled really well. very impressed.
