"Patient experience"

Circle Reading have provided me with exceptional care throughout my patient experience. The consultant's secretary was efficient in getting back to me with an appointment that suited me best. They were ready with sympathetic ears and kind patience whenever I spoke to them. Radiology staff provided service in a gentle manner, eliminating my concern and minimising any pain during procedures and providing detailed explanations of what they would be doing. The consultant was very patient in explaining their finding and outlining a plan of care that met my needs preoperatively and following surgery, explained what they had done and provided a detailed plan for my recovery postoperatively in a manner that was sympathetic, realistic and focused to my particular needs. Physiotherapy have been outstanding and paramount in my recovery, the secretary always ready with a smile, and the therapist patient and attentive when listening to my concerns. Theatre staff alleviated my anxiety with their kind words and patience, getting me off to sleep with no fuss. Recovery staff were attentive and quick to act when I had any pain. In patient staff provided efficient care and were often in to check that all was okay without me having to call them. All in all, it would be hard for me or anyone for that matter to find a more professional, efficient hospital that has so many empathetic and genuinely caring people that seek to provide the best practice and caring service.
