"Excellent service"

I was admitted to the CDU as a day case this morning for an infusion. I was met by a friendly and well informed Sister who along with her staff nurse colleague made my stay a brief but enjoyable one. They treated me with the perfect mix of dignity, respect and humour. I was well informed through out my admission and the cleanliness and attention to professional detail was outstanding. All this despite the fact that they were in the midst of moving departments within the hospital. They really were a shining example of the high standards that the majority of hard working NHS staff achieve on a daily basis. Thank you for an excellent service, well delivered.
