What I liked

I arrived at the delivery suite on 27/05/09 at 21h00 and got seen by a midwife straight away even though my contractions were not very strong. I had the same midwife to take care of me during the whole time and she was absolutly fantastic. She was kind and very professional. After my baby was born, she even got me and my partner tea and toasts, and she run me a bath. She took me to the maternity ward at 04h00 and explained to me where everything was. She made this whole experience so much easier for me and more relaxing. In the ward, the midwives, doctors and cleaning ladies were really nice and smiling. Even the gentleman repairing the loo opposite my ward was helpful! I had a fantastic time even though I was really tired and sore everywhere! There is nothing they could have done better.
