"Awesome service in Neurophysiology Department"

This was the first time I visited this hospital and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had in a UK hospital. Firstly, when I entered the hospital a member of staff approached me and offered me help by providing accurate directions to find the Neurophysiology ward. I attended an NCS and EMG test following a nerve injury. The building was fairly clean and properly signed. Moreover, the staff in the department was very helpful, respectful and kind. Furthermore, the consultant doctor was very supportive and explained me the procedure during the tests. I believe it was a great experience and gave me the impression that the staff treats you as an individual. Well done. Thanks.
