"Forgetting about a paitent"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

Think it's horrendous how you can be forgotten about. Last had a follow up appoitment in Febuary for an operation for my hearing which i am still waiting for date, we are now in May and i still haven't recived anything. Oh and when i last went for an appoitment i was left waiting 2 and half hours for hearing test to find out my documents hadn't been passed on and they didn't even know i was waiting! Then said well you could be waiting all day now to fit you in. Thankyou very much for the care you have delivered.
