"Blood test apps"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

no appointments for blood test, no advice as to 'educated guess' as to how long u have to wait. No cooperation at all, high handed attitude. Phone call to appointments line always busy, or suddenly no reply. When having blood test nurses standing around chatting and the phone ringing continually. No wonder the NHS is in trouble, reminds me of British Leyland or the coal industry..rubbish
