Friendly, efficient staff who kept me informed at every stage.
Prompt and efficient administration of my case from initial outpatient appointment to admission.
Bright, clean hospital.
What could be improved
Although I appreciate the importance of checking details before a general anaesthetic, I did have to repeat the same information to an awful lot of people before I got to theatre. However, I would rather too much attention to detail than not!!
Anything else?
Despite the bad reputation of hospital food, I found the food very good.
