"Well Done A&E !!"

I went to A&E at Redditch on Sunday afternoon suffering with chest pains. I was immediately taken to be assessed and was seen by a number of staff who were both friendly and professional. I was impressed at the extent to which the medical personnel investigated my illness until they sure it was not anything more sinister. In addition to the professionalism, the staff constantly checked to see if I would like a drink or something to eat. A follow up appointment was arranged to ensure that there are no further underlying issues and I was allowed to go home. People are often quick to criticise so I thought it important to give my thanks for the fantastic care I received. Mr Ashmore.
