About: University Hospital (Coventry)

3 days, 2 of them with no food, 3 dodctors could not tell me what happened at operation and what the next step is, equipment missing vital components, 2 further ops cancelled.

After seeing your posting it was clear that you haven’t received the level of service we expect. It is disappointing to read about your experience and that missing equipment led to your operation being cancelled.
