About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

Following on from a referral by my G.P. I received my appointment within 7 days, on 5th May, arrival at 13:45 (appointment 13:55). I was immediately called to see the doctor who was very pleasant, efficient and reassuring, everything fully explained, following on from consultation, Mammogram and ultrasound procedures, I then returned to see the doctor and was given a full report on my medical results, all within a two hour window. I departed feeling I had received a very friendly and professional service. Excellent!
