What I liked

I was a staff member accompyng a disabled girl overnight. I ws very impressed that all staff actually spoke to the girl as a real person, not just asking me the questions. We were seen in childrens A&E, moved to majors when this shut for the night then admitted to the teenage unit on the childrens ward. All staff were helpful and considerate, the ward was very nice and clean. It was well designed and my patient felt safe and welcome on the unit if I left her to fetch food etc. We were very impressed with the nurses on the childrens unit - my patient commented on how nice Hannah the nurse on the night shift was, (6/8/9). A high complement from the girl I was with !! thankyou

What could be improved

I got lost the next day on the way out to meet our lift home. Although there are lots of signs, very good with pictures as well, I wasn't always sure which door they meant.
