"I liked the fact that after triage ..."

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I liked the fact that after triage in A&E if they thought you were seriously ill then they would find space for you, even if it meant putting you in Medical Assesment Unit as A&E overflow. Even if you weren't seriously ill you would be seen, treated and discharged within 4 hours. The doctors always told you what tests or procedures they wanted to do before commencing it. They always explained what they thought and explained the reasons why.

What could be improved

Nothing i can think of.

Anything else?

Just a brilliant hospital, all staff that I have encountered were very friendly, explained my treatment every step of the way and staff would even say goodbye when going off shift and greet patients when coming on shift. One more thing when being moved to a ward one of the nurses will always come up to you and ask if you understand why your in hospital and what treatments and tests were going to be carried out.
