Dear Maryjane,

Please accept our sincere apologies that your experience of the breast screening review clinic was marred by an individual whom you was unsympathetic to you. As a service we work hard with staff to ensure that they always present a friendly and welcoming attitude. We take all comments of this nature very seriously and always feed them back directly to the staff involved. It is always a disappointment when our service does not meet expectation. The management team believes strongly in having a patient centred approach to our review clinics and I am sorry that on this occasion a member of staff was not sympathetic to you. Please do not hesitate to contact the centre if you wish to discuss this so that we can take it forward for you.
