"Appreciation of how hard staff work in hospital."

I would just like to state that it has been a number of years prior to my hospital admission this time.I can see how hard staff work on the wards and how many responsibilities they have.I see that many staff work hugely long shifts and have to deal with a variety of needs and many responsibilities.I was extremely unwell prior to admission and appreciate the respite as I was very badly hallucinating and delusional prior to admission and for the first part of care and had neglected myself badly prior to admission for quite a few weeks. I have improved a lot since being in this hospital.I also have a variety of physical health problems which I hope are fully being addressed by doctors although I have found the duty doctor to be kind and caring.
