"very frustrated!"

About: Leicester General Hospital

i was booked in by my gp as i,m going through the menopause no periods for 3 years, i was seen on 7th april 2015 the nurses were lovely, the doctor suggested a hysterocopy but it was to painful to be performed so they booked me in for a transvaginal scan which i had 14th april 2015 and the doctor advised me that if i had another bleed to ring straight away, however i have rang to inform that i had another bleed and i am still waiting after nearly a month for any kind of results i am totally disgusted.

Dear Joanne, We are really sorry that you haven't received the results or follow up to your appointment. We have passed this onto the service manager and admin manager for Gynaecology who are looking into this for you now. You should be contacted by your consultant's medical secretary within the next few days with further information about the next steps required in your care. If you have not heard anything by the end of the week, please do email us at communications@uhl-tr.nhs.uk and we will chase this up for you. Best wishes Laura Mort Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
