What I liked

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, as well as being helpful and clear with information about my treatment.

The areas where patients were being treated were exceptionally clean. There were people cleaning the rooms when I arrived and when I left.

All the staff were incredibly efficient. I was in and out of A&E in the space fo 40 minutes.

What could be improved

Despite the fact that there were very few patients (it was 8am), there were no staff at any of the four spaces in A&E's front desk.

We waited for five minutes with no people appearing, and then got directed to the correct place by a very charming porter who happened to be walking by.
