What could be improved? Questioning the need for appointments & screening of calls by the receptionists is not appropriate. I find them on the whole, rude and unhelpful. Today my experience was to have the telephone put down on me!!! Anything else? Doctors are too quick to make a general diagnosis, write a presciption and send you out hoping you won't come back.
