"they should listen and take into ..."

What could be improved? they should listen and take into account what you are telling them as after all it is you that knows how you feel. Anything else? I agree with the previous comment about doctors just prescribing something to get you out of the room. I was laughed at when i last saw the doctor which made me quite upset as i was in a lot of pain and they simply didnt believe me, they just lunged at me with the light and began looking up my nose! without telling me what it was he wanted to do. very unhelpful and rude in my opinion. could say some more comments but far too many.
