Been suffering Migraines from 2000, and in 2012 went to GP for regular prescription for Migraines that worked (if caught in time) - was given a different Prescription to try (Beta-Blockers). However, within a short space of time, a new condition appeared - Asthma, to which I have two different inhalers.. I was not provided information about the severe side effects (unable to read the very tiny writing) so I was not able to make an informed choice about consenting to the treatment.
