Rude doctor

"Rude doctor"

I visited the out of hours service at Abingdon this morning 4 May 15 and found the doc on duty very rude. I am suffering from a painful skin rash which the doctor couldn't diagnose. I would rather wait in future to visit my own g p.

Thanks you for taking the time to get in touch via NHS choices which has now been passed to me via Patient Opinion. I appreciate this incident now took place some time ago but I would very much like to more detail so I can investigate further.

As you will see from the huge amount of positive stories on this site, we rarely receive negative feedback but on this occasion it seems your experience has fallen short of the standard I would expect from my team and this is not acceptable.
