A week ago I had cardiac ablation at the hospital. I echo the positive sentiments given already. Things ran smoothly from the moment I arrived and this remained the pattern for the rest of the day. In particular, I would like to thank the nurse who was the model of professionalism and all that a very good nurse should be. The nurse was kind, reassuring and nothing was too much trouble. By chance, they were also the nurse who did my pre-procedure assessment and so I knew I was in good hands from the moment I arrived last week. The procedure itself went well - my thanks to all- and I am feeling some improvement already. Grateful thanks.
"Grateful thanks"
