"Excellent staff"

After visiting the UCC on Friday evening I went home feeling a lot happier. Not only did I receive the treatment I needed without a long wait, but what stood out the most was the staff. From when I first arrived to whilst I was being treated, staff were very polite and I felt as though they had gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable in the surroundings. Staff were also very efficient and extremely informative. This is something I haven't really come across before, and I had many opportunities to ask questions which I received a full answer to. All in all it was a positive experience which I am very grateful for.
