About: Basildon University Hospital

Sent by GP to hospital, on arrival the nurse did not look at me and I felt rushed on trying to tell them why I was there. I several conditions that need careful monitoring and pain. And when I was eventually was taken though, I had to explain several times to different people what I had and why I was there, can the doctors not read the notes and history of the person they were treating before seeing me. 7 hours later I was dismissed by another different doctor who had not even read the notes of the doctors before them and only took a look when we questioned it, that was Friday and on the following Monday I collapsed while waiting to be seen in the CT dept and was admitted into AMU west!!!! not happy
