What I liked

I burnt my arm a few days before going overseas for a year. The burns unit specialists promptly saw me, outlined my options clearly and operated on me on in time for my travels, the skin graft has healed wonderfully in 2 months and I couldn’t have been happier how this hospital treated my injuries in terms of the procedure and the care and friendliness apparent in all the staff I met.

What could be improved
