Thank you for leaving feedback on here about your treatment in the Lancashire Cardiac Centre. The attitude and approach of our staff is critical to delivering quality care and I’m pleased they made an excellent impression on you. All our staff actively drive the Chief Nurse’s vision of the 6 C’s (care, compassion, courage communication, commitment, competence) and appreciate it when this is recognised and someone has taken the time to provide them with such positive feedback.I will certainly ensure that your comments are shared with the staff in the area.
