Response from North Middlesex Hospital

Thank you for your feedback. The A&E department operates a triage system where by a nurse or GP will triage a patient and make a decision on treatment plan for patient. From your comments it appears that each time you visited and you were triaged the nurse or GP assessed your symptoms as not needing urgent A&E admittance. I am the A&E service manager, gcarter-sandy@nhs.net and if you would like to contact me so that we can discuss your issues please do so.
