"Very bad experience"

Hi I been there 3times and very bad experience 1st after 5hours waiting dr said you should go to your GP and that time I was suffering with stomach pain and vomiting and it was Sunday 2nd time been wait for 3hours but no one see me and back to home 3 0 ' clock in the morning bed was free and most of staff was disappear and I was only the patient who was left in emergency and last time was appointment on Friday when I went there they said we are sorry it's our mistake your appointment is on Sunday I wish no one go there poor menagment very bad hospital waist of time and council money .thanks

Thank you for your feedback. The A&E department operates a triage system where by a nurse or GP will triage a patient and make a decision on treatment plan for patient. From your comments it appears that each time you visited and you were triaged the nurse or GP assessed your symptoms as not needing urgent A&E admittance.
