"Poor treatment"

About: Ellesmere Port Hospital

I am not happy the way my auntie is getting treated at the cottage in Ellesemre port. The staff are rude and uptight they have no respect for the elderly what so ever. Her room was left untidy bed not been made, there was full body sling left on her bed as well. My auntie is complaining say had no food or pain killers. My auntie has diabetes as well. She looks so under weight and unhappy. I want to be asessed to be moved somewhere else where they will treat her with respect and dignity. If nothing gets shored iam taking further to people . Thank you
