I have recently been in Ward D 5, to have a knee replacement, my local hospital is Southampton General, but as I requested a surgeon from here to do my knee I was admitted to the QA. What an amazing experience!! From my very first visits and until the end, everyone without exception from the tea person to the Surgeon, has been helpful, kind, friendly and attentive, this was a completely different experience, and certainly one I'm glad I made. I would really like you to express my very grateful thanks to all who looked after me if you would. I was on D 5 bed 24 from the 23 April until 27th of April, and I still cannot thank you all enough. The only thing that is frustrating is that your inpatient survey on your web site does not work, and I am now trying to do this on my iPhone, in case you have a problem you do not know about.
