"Delighted with the care i received"

About: King's Mill Hospital

After a visit to A & E ,X ray department and Fracture Clinic i was delighted at every person involved, all were helpful , nurses doctors receptionists etc everyone playing a part . The immense size of the health service is very difficult to understand for many people and some find a delay of their appointment as bad management, but actually what it means is that something untoward has happened,maybe sickness in staff or large accident that means re arranging certain times when people can be seen. I hope many will read what i write and try and understand delays happen,the staff do not want them to happen and have no reason to want them to happen ,its just life. Getting back to my main reason for writing , thank you everyone for helping with my recent health problem , i had much time to sit and think how good our health service is.
