"Excellent caring staff"

I attended St Helier A&E. The receptionist was incredibly kind and caring in their words and manner during the booking in process. The triage sister was incredibly patient, reassuring, kind and caring, and did not rush through anything, explaining multiple times at length with kind words until I understood what the problem was. These 2 members of staff are true assets to the NHS and to St Helier A&E.
