"excellent treatment"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Having been referred to University Hospital, Durham for cystoscopy investigation, I was a bit nervous and apprehensive as I had read and heard mutterings about the treatment at the Hospital. Well I can tell you the treatment I received was excellent. From the first consultation with the Consultant Urologist who was brilliant. I cannot express how much they put my mind at ease, explaining every thing to me. On the day of my cystoscopy I cannot fault any of the staff, all of them very pleasant, always asking if I was ok whilst waiting to see the Consultant. The theatre nursing staff were also brilliant, reassuring whilst having this procedure done. So anyone out there waiting to have this procedure at Durham Hospital, try not to worry as I did, as I am sure you will be treated as I was. A Big Big thank you to all the staff in the Day Surgery Unit and especially to the Consultant.
