"Minor Operations visit"

I had to visit Minor Operations for an investigative treatment. All the staff were very caring and very efficient and helpful. The staff themselves provide tea or coffee and biscuits and magazines and make the waiting room as cosy and comfortable as possible with a TV as well. The homely atmosphere helps alleviate the pre op nerves. Once called in for the procedure the doctor explains what will be done and fully explains findings afterwards and next steps. The nurse team are highly efficient in the minor op room talking to you to keep you occupied while they efficiently assist with the procedure. The doctor does a marvellous job and answers any questions you may have. If you are due a visit to Minor Ops do not be fearful the team are 5 stars and will look after you.
