"A&E Department"

I visited the a and e department last evening 29th April fairly late, about 22.30 hours, and I just want to say how much I appreciated the care given by all the staff including the reception and the nurse who was involved in my care. Considering the lateness of the hour, all of them were cheerful and welcoming, especially as the nurse had already been on duty since 14.00 hours, and by the time I left the hospital, it was the early hours of 30th April. I was amazed at how many patients were there at that late hour, and ok I did have to wait over the time that was estimated but that was a very small price to pay.
